ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT DESIGNING

  1. RESEARCH:

1 A. Zoning Status: This is the document that indicates how the building will be constructed in accordance with the city zoning plan regulation and the construction zoning law. (Zoning Status Document). It cannot be carried out as per order no matter it is within the boundaries of the municipality or not. It is the zoning status that determines the information on the number of floors, the scale, setback distance from road of the building, building formation (contiguous -detached-block). If the zoning status is within the boundaries of the municipality, an application to the municipality is made through a petition. Information on the subject is obtained by giving a petition. If the land is outside of the zoning plan, the construction starts in accordance with the construction zoning law.

  1. EXAMINATION:

It is the examination that should be done on the land. It is the examination of information related to the place-location of the land, geological information, topographic situation, direction determination, climate and the material used in the region. This information is important and the project designing will be prepared according to this information.

  1. PROJECT DESIGNING

After the research and examination reports are prepared, project survey work is done. It is defined and developed on the preliminary draft (draft). The layout plan is prepared according to the prepared preliminary draft work. According to their functions, as the preliminary draft plans are created, it is proceeded to the appearance and section stages. Upon determination the detail draft stages and when the final draft is created then project designing finishes as well as the detailing project. For project designing, it is necessary to have technical information such as material and static as well as building information. With all the technical information created, the construction information of a building which is functional, applicable and suitable for its purpose becomes conclusive.
